1. Introduction

Welcome to Legends Golf & Family Recreation. These Terms and Policies govern your use of our facilities, services, and website. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. General Rules

  • All guests must adhere to the facility rules and regulations.
  • Respect other guests and staff at all times.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult.
  • No outside food or beverages are allowed on the premises, except for water bottles.

3. Membership and Fees

  • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Membership fees are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All fees for services, rentals, and purchases must be paid in full at the time of service.

4. Golf Cart Rentals

  • Golf cart rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Renters must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
  • Renters are responsible for any damage to the golf cart during the rental period.

5. Batting Cages

  • Helmets must be worn at all times in the batting cages.
  • No more than one person is allowed in a batting cage at a time.
  • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions when using the batting cages.

6. Mini-Golf

  • Do not throw or hit balls outside the designated play areas.
  • Be mindful of other players and maintain a safe distance.
  • Report any damage or hazards to staff immediately.

7. Liability Waiver

  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
  • Legends Golf & Family Recreation is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items.
  • By using our facilities, guests agree to release Legends Golf & Family Recreation from any liability for personal injury or property damage.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
  • Any personal information collected will be used solely for providing our services and improving your experience.
  • We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or event.
  • Refunds for memberships and prepaid services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

10. Amendments

  • Legends Golf & Family Recreation reserves the right to modify these Terms and Policies at any time.
  • Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
